We visited a customer to hear about how he used our products, then created a range of assets from it

As a new company, Grain were always struggling to build trust with our customers. That’s why we decided to visit Morgan, a customer who lived on a boat and had been a supporter of the company for some time. I visited him, chatted to him, filmed him using his Grain products, then put together a set of assets. My first interview, I guess! Since Morgan lived on a boat, it was a good way to show off how space-efficient and multi-functional our products were too.

We used the footage from Morgan’s boat to create a range of product videos and adverts. We also produced static adverts highlighting other reviews for other products.
